  • Enrollment Opportunity

    Open Enrollment is an opportunity for Full Time and Seasonal Employees to make benefit changes without a qualifying life event. The enrollment period runs from Apr 21, 2025 through May 7, 2025.. 


    All changes made during Open Enrollment will take effect 7/1/2025.


    This year's Open Enrollment is a Passive Enrollment, meaning that no action is required on your part if you wish to continue with the same benefits as Fiscal Year July 1, 24 thru Jun 30,25.


    A major change to the HMC medical plan is the transition from the Anthem network to Blue Shield network. This update will automatically occur if no change is made on your part and you are currently enrolled in a medical plan.

  • Enrollment Platform

    Enrollment is through ADP where available elections and associated premiums are presented right at your fingertips. 


    Best method to login to ADP is through HMC's intranet via SSO.
